As stated in the Objectives of Fusion for Energy, F4E is also the Implementing Agency for the three fusion research projects that comprise the Broader Approach Agreement between Euratom and Japan. F4E therefore manages the Calls for Tender aiming at the realization of the three projects of the Broader Approach Agreement, which are:

• Japan-EU “Satellite” Tokamak Programme
• International Fusion Energy Research Centre
